This digital service extends across 27 districts within Tamil Nadu, ensuring a comprehensive coverage for most users in the region.

Users are tasked with a hassle-free process as they can specify the district and denote whether the land in question is situated in a rural or urban locality. Accurate specifications such as Taluk, Village, and Survey Numbers for rural, and Town, Block, and Ward for urban settings further streamline the operation. Notably, a fee of INR 100 is charged for accessing the land records, affirming the commitment to affordability.

In addition to Patta and Chitta, the app provides information on Adangal, the comprehensive land record detailing ownership and various other aspects, and Town Survey Land Record (TSLR) extracts, which are analogous to Patta for municipal and town areas. The A-register information, essential for property classification and tax assessment details, is also available and maintained at the Village Administrative Officer's level.
